Building a bridge toward
mental wellbeing
Jisr is not just a platform — it's a simple idea: no one should face their mental health journey alone.
What is Jisr?
"Jisr" is Arabic for bridge — and that's exactly what the project does: connects those who need mental health support with qualified volunteers who offer it freely and safely.
Booking is simple, sessions are online, and the service is completely free. Because the first barrier to mental health support is often not the lack of resources — but the lack of a bridge to reach them.
Life Pulse Volunteer Team
The team behind Jisr
Life Pulse is a Bahraini volunteer initiative dedicated to spreading mental health awareness and supporting the community through diverse programs, with Jisr as its flagship project.
The team brings together volunteers from psychologists, counselors, and mental health practitioners, united by one goal: making mental health a right, not a luxury.
